Vincent Within is a retreat which focuses on spirituality and growing a deeper relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. During the weekend we step back and quiet ourselves to be immersed in God's love and mercy. A key tool used in the retreat is the spirituality of St. Vincent; to remain humble in the sight of the Lord and to be fervent and faithful to God and His will.
